What makes Buti Yoga Unique?
When I started practicing Buti Yoga, I was really just looking for the flexibility and lean long muscles that yoga provides.
Truth be told, it was way more than that. I had no idea of the complete transformation that was about to take place, both physically and mentally. With a consistent practice it has allowed me to tap into this inner power I had no idea I had.
Being in a room with other women practicing Buti yoga is an undeniable energy boost. There's no room for judgement, you constantly just build each other up. With deep primal movement, yoga asanas and chakra alignment, this practice has led me to
where I am today!
